Haqqzo.com Order Refund Policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refunds & Replacements Policy
Refunds or replacements for physical product orders are available only when the supplier is at fault, including cases such as delivery failure, damaged products, missing items, or incorrect items. The following conditions apply:
a. Order Delays
If an order shows no tracking updates, remains pending or in transit, or exceeds the following timelines:
- 60 days from shipping date (global)
- 45 days (U.S. orders)
- 110 days (Brazil orders)
We may, at our discretion, resend the product or issue a refund.
b. Delivered Orders
Refunds or replacements will not be processed if tracking confirms delivery.
If you did not receive the package, you must provide a non-delivery certificate from the shipping carrier or postal authority.
c. Damaged Products
A full refund or replacement will be issued if the product arrives damaged.
- Must be reported within 5 days of delivery
- Must include clear photo or video evidence
Evidence should:
- Clearly show the defect or issue
- Demonstrate how the product is not functioning properly
Note:
If only the packaging is damaged but the product works fine, a refund will not be issued.
d. Incorrect or Missing Items
A full refund or replacement will be provided if you receive incorrect or missing items.
Requirements:
- Submit photo or video evidence
- Include images of:
Received item
Original packaging
Shipping label
- Clearly describe the issue (wrong size, color, SKU, or missing product)
e. Order Cancellation
- Full refund available if the order is canceled before processing or shipping
- Some items (e.g., Print-on-Demand or preorders) cannot be canceled after payment
f. Refund Eligibility Window
- Refunds/replacements must be requested within 5 days of payment
Detailed Refund Scenarios
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item:
- Take clear photos/videos showing the defect
- Email the evidence to customercare@haqqzo.com
- After verification, we will offer:
We will arrange to collect and take back the goods.
Refund to original payment method, or
Replacement (if applicable)
Wrong Items Delivered
If you receive the wrong product:
- Take photos of the item and packaging
- Clearly describe what is incorrect (size, color, SKU, etc.)
- Send details to customercare@haqqzo.com
Once confirmed, We will arrange to collect and take back the goods, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.

- Refunds or replacements are issued only if the supplier is responsible
- All claims must include valid supporting evidence
- All timeframes and conditions must be met
- Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days
